The
Issue
NextGen Healthcare has identified an issue on the
Cervical Spine Exam - PE template where documented
information will clear other information from the
Shoulder –
PE template on the
Physical Exam
grid.
Example
In
this example, the user creates a new patient or opens an existing
patient and creates a new encounter. The user navigates to
the
Intake template and selects
Orthopedics as the specialty and
Office
Visit as the visit type. The user selects the
SOAP tab, scrolls down to the
Physical
Exam panel, selects
Shoulder from the
list, and launches the
Shoulder – PE pop-up. The
user documents information and clicks
Save &
Close. The user sees the information is displayed
on the
Physical Exam grid.
The user selects
Cervical Spine from the
Physical
Exam panel and launches the
Cervical Spine Exam –
PE pop-up. The user documents information onto the
template and clicks
Save & Close. The
user sees some of the documented information from the
Shoulder –
PE pop-up is no longer displayed on the grid.




Actions
Required Until this issue is fixed, users
should, after experiencing the issue, re-open the
Shoulder –
PE template and immediately click
Save &
Close. This will force the data to reappear on the
Physical Exam grid.

will be fixed in a future update.

Just navigate to the Known/Fixes Issues tab, select the
