The IssueNextGen Healthcare has identified an issue with the
Problems module, where note information does not display on the
Problem History dialog box.
ExampleIn this example, the user creates a new patient or opens an existing patient and creates a new encounter.
The user navigates to the
Problems module, clicks
Add Problem, enters a description, and clicks
Select.
From the
Problems toolbar, the user clicks
View/Add Notes and launches the
Problem Notes dialog box.
The user clicks
Add Note, documents note information for the selected problem, clicks
OK, and
Close.
The user selects
View History from the
Problems toolbar, launches the
Problem History dialog box, and clicks the
Cog button.
From the
View Preferences pop-up, the user adds
Note as a field to display, and clicks
OK.
The user sees the note data is not displayed on the
Problem History dialog box.


Actions Required
Until this issue is fixed, users may view the note using the View/Add Note button in the Problems
module.
Status
This issue will be fixed in NextGen Ambulatory EHR v.5.8 UD2.

Just navigate to the
